This Privacy Policy describes how AshTerra Sciences collects, uses and shares information when you use the TrueCarbon Nexus platform.

Account data (name, email, organisation, phone, role), project data you upload (PDDs, monitoring reports, satellite and sensor data), and technical data (IP address, browser, device, usage events).
2. How we use information
To operate and improve the platform, deliver AI-assisted analyses, surface marketplace listings, share project data with parties you authorise (e.g., a VVB you nominate), enforce terms, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data with: (a) service providers who host or analyse data on our behalf, under contract; (b) Verifiers, Buyers and Researchers as instructed by you for specific projects; and (c) regulators or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.
4. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; you should notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data via account settings or by contacting privacy@truecarbonnexus.com. Project data tied to issued credits may be retained for audit purposes.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
